When I first stepped into leadership, I realised that building a big team didn’t necessarily mean building a good one. Over time, I became very intentional about running a lean team where every adviser truly matters. I spend time mentoring, sharing my experiences in Asset Under Management, and walking alongside my people as they grow. Seeing them gain confidence, build their own client base, and become trusted professionals is what motivates me. For me, leadership isn’t about numbers — it’s about shaping capable advisers who can make a real difference in their clients’ lives.
