I've been in financial advisory for 13 years, close to a decade in leadership and developing advisers. I'm currently a Director at Infinity Financial Advisory, building a practice centred on wealth, people and long-term relationships. My approach is holistic: understanding how a client's portfolio, protection, family and goals fit together. Portfolio strategy and restructuring is a core strength, bringing clarity to what clients have built up over the years. My work spans investment planning, wealth preservation, family protection, retirement, and estate and legacy planning, with a focus on entrepreneurs and business owners, where planning extends into business continuity, succession and family security. I want relationships that span different chapters of a client's life, helping them build with intention and create a lasting legacy.

Value creation is central to how I work, with clients, partners and my team alike. I believe in collaboration and 借力, since the right combination of people and expertise creates outcomes no one achieves alone. I enjoy strategising: seeing the bigger picture and bringing together the right solutions. This shapes the team I'm building, progressive, collaborative and growth-driven. Growth matters deeply to me; I'm professionally involved in Enneagram work and have a real interest in human motivation, which shapes how I lead, since not everyone should be managed the same way. What I find most meaningful in leadership is recognising potential and helping people grow into stronger versions of themselves. I want to groom advisers who think independently and create value, not just sell products, and I'm drawn to entrepreneurial people who want to build together. Ultimately, I want to be known for the people I develop, not just the business I build.

Family comes first. I'm a mother of three, and motherhood has shaped how I think about responsibility and legacy. I'm drawn to entrepreneurship and love turning ideas into something tangible. My curiosity about people extends into personality, self-discovery and astrology. I love to travel for the cultures and perspectives it brings, and I'm a foodie at heart, always after good food with the right drink pairing. At the core, I'm curious: I like learning, meeting interesting people, and hearing views different from my own.
